Leadership is not an assignment. Leadership is a choice. Each of us has the ability to make a significant difference whether it is in business, in the community, in civic organizations, or with in our own families and relationships. All we need is the willingness and the commitment to make that difference. Don't wait until tomorrow to positively impact those around you and you will take the first step in changing the world in a very real and meaningful way.
