Bill Webb Speaks at TripPak L.I.F.T. Conference
Hilton Head, South Carolina
April 19, 2007

Bill Webb walked participants at the TripPak L.I.F.T. Executive Symposium and Users Conference through the six steps to building a "Leadership-Infested" organization. Leadership may start at the top but it can't end there. Leadership occurs at all levels in great organizations. How can you build an environment where people take ownership in the company and treat it, and your customers, with the same care and passion you do?  Bill focused on how to create "positive passion" helping you understand the difference in managing and leading and why one is so much more valuable than the other.
